i wasn't anywhere close to 1billion dollars though i assume you have to have 100% model happiness to work and make 1 billion

I couldn't get my models anywhere above 60%, no matter how many races I won. I did what I said I'd do, bought credits and worked. Though it took a bout of insomnia at 5am to do it, I did make it.
