I am not a MC player... But i think this would be cool.
How about a draft, 3 teams pick, of the best what 36 people. It would be fun and something different maybe it should be tried.. it would be fair teams and more fun..

any opinions?

no helpers...jus straight racing and working...that would be pretty hard... Cool

but for hardcore racers that would be fun...lol

yea since i am used to TS maybe for MC we could have like crew helpers.. 1 per team the team leaders choose who they want

we have helpers in mc too..but the type u r talkin about sounds like there are no helpers...so that would be really hard.. Cool

but wouldn't it be fun as [censored]?? Hard is what makes it all worthwhile and you pull in a Top Crew honor that way and you could actually be proud of it instead of just feeling like you need another ribbon or something to feel complete. Good idea...

Of course, it would have to be voluntary and the other drivers and [censored] could still put together their own crews, but for the top racers and crew leaders to just agree to a draft session and straight up racing, no helpers, just to see who comes out on top.... no crew challenges decline... that would rock!

Speaking of crew challenges... WTF is with the "6 hours to reply" but then weeks later still races show pending even if not replied to? Get that [censored] fixed so jerks can't leave you haning with cash out there forever!

We have a draft. But it goes more like this. "Hey...wanna be in my crew?" "Ok". And the first spot in the crew is taken. :p Draft idea is cool...how would you plan in implementing it?
