I don't really know who this HighWay Officer is, but I do know Charles. Charles hasn't been known to be one of the best, but I have heard [censored] about this kid...more than I have ever heard of Highway Officer.
And I have medals, but I don't think I am god. I don't have a Crew Leader Medal, but I have 6 Top Crews I think and 11 Top 25's..
