my reason is why would you be an admin, the admins are the ones who have worked on the game from the start. Moderator makes sense but admin does not.
Also the only thing counting against you is that you disappeared for a long ass time and have only been back for 2 rounds or so and you already want to be an admin?

I say no also just cause same reasons really only admins should be the creators/makers who have payed and built the game and still pay.Moderator to the Forums also sure why not.
