hey guys

i am at skill level 9 and i cant upgrade to turbo level 6 it says that my skill is too low .. how high of a skill level do i need?

1 or 2 lvls up i think maybe 3 at the most

da upgrades go by da skill lvl and u can alwayz upgrade when ur skill lvl is on even numbers such as 8,10,12,14
