I've been having some problems this session and the last one with tuning. After I upgrade, or buy new tires, my time increases and no matter how much tuning I do it won't go back down... will someone please tell me what the hell is going on.
I've tried buying new cars, tuning them all the way from level 1 up, and I still can't get my times back down. Help me please!

my advice ...buy new everything when u done with tires ...bah jst add rom3o he will exaplin
