tht way we can keep racing each other and get better levels

Because your the only guy thats level 5 that we can race, unless we use multis to spam us haha

Ok, so we made another slight change. You must have enough cash to cover the RISK in order to race someone.

However, the person you're racing must ALSO have enough cash to cover their risk, otherwise you cannot race each other.

This way, you will no longer get negative bank roll

Everyone that had negative cash, now has $5000.
